Lukas's Sacred Beast form has extended attack range and enhanced mobility, which synergizes well with heroes possessing AOE CC, such as Atlas, Tigreal, and Gatotkaca.
Lukas needs to stay close to enemies to deal damage, which makes him vulnerable to heroes with strong burst and CC, such as Fanny, Valir, and Julian.

Passive: Basic Attacks enhance Flash Combo up to 2 times, lasting 4s. Lukas consumes all Vigor to unleash Pulverize, dealing 220 (+120% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and recovering 5% of his Max HP when hitting a hero or minion. 1 Stack: Lukas briefly stuns the target and spins his tonfa hammers to deal 100 (+45% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage 3 times, pulling the enemy toward him. 2 Stacks: Lukas briefly stuns the target and follows up with 2 attacks that deal 50 (+20% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage each. He then spins his tonfa hammers to deal 100 (+45% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage 3 times, gaining Control Immunity during this period.
Lukas dashes in the target direction and turns his next Basic Attack within 4s into Flash Strike. Flash Strike: Lukas blinks behind the enemy, dealing 60 (+125% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. He then gains increased Attack Range, 20% Movement Speed and Attack Speed, and his Basic Attacks trigger lightning storms to deal 50 (+25% Total Physical Attack) extra Physical Damage, lasting for 4s.
Lukas transforms into his Sacred Beast form (briefly gains Control Immunity). His base Movement Speed is increased by 30, all attributes are increased by 15%, and his skills gain new effects. Use Again: Fires a Shockwave Blast in the target direction that will explode upon hitting an enemy hero or reaching its maximum range, dealing 450 (+155% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. All attributes: HP, Physical Attack, Attack Speed, Physical & Magic Defense, and Attack Range.

The Sacred Beast fires a Shockwave Blast in the target direction (gains Control Immunity during the cast) that will explode upon hitting an enemy hero or reaching its maximum range, dealing 450 (+155% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage.

In Sacred Beast form, use Lukas's 2nd Skill followed by an enhanced Basic Attack, then another Basic Attack to get 2 stacks of Vigor. Use his 1st Skill to inflict high damage and CC, and finish off with Shockwave Blast to devastate the enemy with a massive AOE attack.

Tough boots allow more survivability due to it being able to reduce cc time. Skypiercer is a must to secure kills and burst down enemy heroes before they even realize. Hunter strike boosts penetration and movement speed to escape after going in for a kill. Queens wings boosts spellvamp AMD gives damages reduction for survivability. War Axe gives additional damage and health to Lukas as well as spell vamp to increase survivability once again and rose gold meteor gives damage and shield at low hp and stay in fights longer or to escape. Rose gold meteor and queens wings pairs well together to make lukas even harder to kill.

Using fighter emblem gives Lukas additional spellvamp to increase his survivability. Using "thrill" gives Lukas additional physical damage which is really helpful in early game to deal more damage. Using "seasoned hunter" allows Lukas to jungle faster to overtake enemy jungler and get more fed. "Temporial reign" is the most important one, it reduces the cool down of his first skill after using your ult, this allows Lukas to use his first skill more frequently to significantly have more dps and survivabilty due to spellvamp.

Battle Spell. I recommend using Lukas jungle as its the easiest way for him to farm and get fed. Once you have an edge over the enemy, it would not be too hard to secure some early game kills. Lukas early game damage is considerably high so you can use him to rotate around and take down enemy heroes. More kills early game = smoother victory. If you are thinking "using him I exp with vengeance is way better", I get it. However after using him multiple times, I realized that as long as you are don't recklessly engage in fight, vengeance is not needed. His cc immunity is already enough to save him from risky situations.
