Chang'e sends an energy sphere in the target direction, dealing 350 (+130% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies in its path and slowing them by 10% for 1.5s. Crescent Moon: The Crescent Moon sends 4 extra energy spheres along with Chang'e's, each dealing 20% damage and slowing enemies hit. The slow effect can stack (up to 20%).
Chang'e summons the Crescent Moon, gaining a permanent 300 (+150% Total Magic Power) shield and 10% Movement Speed (that lasts until the shield is destroyed). Each time Chang'e casts a skill, she also gains 50% Movement Speed that decays over 2.5s. Crescent Moon also allows Chang'e's Basic Attacks to deal 20 (+35% Total Magic Power) additional Magic Damage 2 times. Each time Chang'e deals Magic Damage with her Basic Attack and skills, the cooldown of this skill is reduced by 0.2s.
Chang'e fires 30 meteors in the target direction over 4s, each dealing 60 (+21% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to the first enemy hit. This skill deals 100% extra damage to Minions and Creeps. Despte the fact that Chang'e is a mage, this build lets her to melt her opponents in seconds with super-fast basic attacks, just like a marksman. I don't play marksman too often, so I am not really able to explain this properly in detail, but for some reason, her attack speed goes crazy when Feather of Heaven and Golden Staff is combined. Some brief explanation: Swift boots, Feather of Heaven and Golden Staff boosts her attack speed. Holy Cristal boosts her magic damage. Blood Wings enhances survival skills. This build mainly aims to use your ult skill more often, which is great for defending. Little explanation: Genius Wand is for early game magic penetration. Either to chase or to escape. 2)Sprint: This spell will boost your movement speed for a short duration. You can Chase your enemies doing the Sprint+ Ultimate skill combo (both gives movement speed). You can also use it to escape. If there are tough fighters lacking CC skills, this may be a good choice. 3)Flameshot: If you are sure that opponent enemies are not a threat to you, you can pick spell to complete your damage combo. 4)Purify: Use this spell if the opponent team has strong CC. 5)Inspire: This is homestly a bit trolling but idk.

Chang'e uses up a lot of mana from her skills which all have relatively short cooldowns, so she'll be draining up often. Glowing Wand is great for melting enemies and of course giving the helpful Lifebane effect. This effect also helps out in teamfights as enemies who rely on lifesteal can do nothing as Chang'e can apply it to them from a long distance away. Divine Glaive, Lightning Truncheon, and Holy Crystal add more penetration and magic damage making Chang'e even more threatening. Extra: Sky Peircer is optional but also great with Chang'e. (I use it almost all the time). Usually should be your 2nd-3rd item, and replacing Divine Glaive. Blood Wings helps protect with Crescent Moon shield and adds a bit of additional protection. Ice Queen Wand is also quite popular to use with her.
